Returns

All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Dream Realm Cards does not provide credit, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where the items received are damaged, defective, or not as described on the site. To be considered for credit, refund, or an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Dream Realm Cards does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Dream Realm Cards does not take title to the refunded item.

Risks and Liability

Items purchased from Dream Realm Cards will be shipped by Dream Realm Cards and will be the responsibility of Dream Realm Cards until receipt of shipment is confirmed by the courier delivery service you select at the time of checkout. Dream Realm Cards is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

In the event of a dispute regarding the delivery of your products, you must contact customer service.

Dream Realm Cards is not liable for any loss or damages due to late or non-delivery of your purchased items. Dream Realm Cards is not liable for any loss or damages stemming from missing/lost orders that required a signature upon delivery and/or were signed for upon delivery.

When making a return, Dream Realm Cards is not responsible for covering the cost of return shipping or reimbursing any monetary amount of return shipping costs for any orders being returned.

Dream Realm Cards may decide on a case-by-case basis to cover the cost of return shipping, typically when we're at fault with the reason for the return. In these cases, we reserve the right to make this determination at our discreation.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing your package with the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, (up to 5-10 business days) return processing time, (up to 3-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
