Additionally, graphics, logos, page headers and button icons are trademarks or trade dress of Dream Realm Cards in the United States and other countries. This material may not be used in connection with any service or product outside of Dream Realm Cards without express written permission, especially in a situation likely to cause confusion among customers.

Other trademarks may appear on Dream Realm Cards but not be owned by Dream Realm Cards, including but not limited to logos for Magic: The Gathering. These materials are the property of their respective owners who may or not be connected to or affiliated directly with Dream Realm Cards.

Access and Your Account

If you create an account to be used on Dream Realm Cards, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, including being held liable for any payments due on purchases made under your account.

Dream Realm Cards does sell products that are intended for ages thirteen (13) and up, but it sells them to adults who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under eighteen (18), you may only use Dream Realm Cards with the monitoring of a parent or legal guardian. Card Kingdom reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Risks and Liability

Items purchased from Dream Realm Cards will be shipped by Dream Realm Cards and will be the responsibility of Dream Realm Cards until receipt of shipment is confirmed by the courier delivery service you select at the time of checkout. Dream Realm Cards is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

In the event of a dispute regarding the delivery of your products, you must contact customer service. Dream Realm Cards is not liable for any loss or damages due to late or non-delivery of your purchased items. Dream Realm Cards is not liable for any loss or damages stemming from missing/lost orders that required a signature upon delivery and/or were signed for upon delivery.

When making a return, Dream Realm Cards is not responsible for covering the cost of return shipping or reimbursing any monetary amount of return shipping costs for any orders being returned.

Dream Realm Cards may decide on a case-by-case basis to cover the cost of return shipping, typically when we're at fault with the reason for the return. In these cases, we reserve the right to make this determination at our discreation.

Returns

All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Dream Realm Cards does not provide credit, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where the items received are damaged, defective, or not as described on the site. To be considered for credit, refund, or an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Dream Realm Cards does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Dream Realm Cards does not take title to the refunded item.

Products and Pricing

Dream Realm Cards tries to be as accurate as possible in all aspects of card pricing and product availability. However, Dream Realm Cards does not guarantee that product listings, prices, descriptions, available quantities, shipping times or release dates are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Unless otherwise noted, the price displayed for products on Dream Realm Cards represents the current price for that product, not including any shipping charges, taxes or processing fees that may be required. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you proceed to Checkout. At that point, the shopping cart will alert you if we are unable to ship a card. You will have the opportunity to select different cards, quantities or conditions to remedy this before Checkout is completed. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order, or we may contact you for instructions on the order.

Lifetime Membership Rewards

The term "rewards"(hereafter referred to as rewards)is used to describe store credit earned from the purchase of merchandise on Dream Realm Cards by a prospective customer.

Dream Realm Cards tries to be as clear and accurate as possible in the description of the rewards program and availability. However, Dream Realm Cards does not guarantee that reward details, prices, descriptions or available quantities are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Unless otherwise noted, the rewards displayed on Dream Realm Cards "Lifetime Membership Rewards" page represent the current rewards system in place. We cannot confirm the availability or amount of any prospective reward until you proceed to Checkout and place an order. During Checkout, your current reward level and percentage will be displayed if you're logged into your account. You'll have the opportunity to select different cards, quantities or conditions before Checkout is completed if your desired earned rewards amount is not met. Once the order is placed, at that point, the order confirmation screen will display your total earned rewards for the purchase.

Despite our best efforts, sometimes a reward in our program may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the membership rewards program, reward amount, levels or percentages earned at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If changes to our rewards program are made, we'll make every effort to contact all accountholders via electronic mail using the contact email address listed on the account to notify of these changes.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Store credit may only be redeemed on Dream Realm Cards to purchase merchandise. We reserve the right to disqualify, delete or permanently ban, including IP Ban, any persons or accounts attempting to circumvent or abuse our rewards program in any way, at our discreation, with or without notice given. We reserve the right to revoke rewards earned by persons/accounts if they are deemed to have been acquired through means of manipulation of the rewards system, abuse or other illegal means.

The store credit earned will be a percentage of the total purchase amount, excluding any shipping or taxes paid, please see the table below for an exact description of the reward levels, associated amount of rewards earned at each level and qualifications to reach each reward level.

Promotional Codes

Promotional Codes provided by Dream Realm Cards are the intellectual property of Dream Realm Cards. All purchases made using a promotional code must otherwise comply with Dream Realm Cards Terms of Service & Conditions. Dream Realm Cards may revoke, change, or cancel the promotional code policy or amend these terms of service and conditions at any time.

Promotional Codes are valid only for the specified time period mentioned on the Promotion and/or while supplies last. Expired Promotional Codes will not be accepted. Promotional Codes must be used at time of order and cannot retroactively be applied. Promotional Codes can only be redeemed on www.dreamrealmcards.com. Promotional Codes are one time use unless otherwise specified. Only one Promotional Code can be used per order. Promotional Codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or any other form of payment. Promotional Codes are void if transferred, reproduced, or altered in any way.

Promotional Codes cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated. Certain products or categories may be excluded from Promotional Code use. Promotional Codes may be used in conjunction with store credit or gift cards. The use of Promotional Codes may be limited to a maximum order value, quantity of items, or product categories. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Promotional Code system may result in the cancelation of the order, suspension of the user’s account, or other actions in accordance with Dream Realm Cards Terms of Service & Conditions. Dream Realm Cards reserves the right to modify or cancel any Promotion or Promotional Codes at any time without prior notice. Dream Realm Cards reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a Promotional Code if we suspect fraud or misuse.

In the case of a return, the value of the Promotional Code will not be refunded. Only the amount paid will be eligible for a refund. If a Promotional Code was used on an order that is later returned, the coupon cannot be reused. Promotional Codes are subject to U.S. laws and are void where prohibited. Order Confirmation

Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-household, per-order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you provide to us. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we've already charged you for, we'll refund you the full amount of the canceled portion of the order. Dream Realm Cards reserves the right to refuse any order placed on our website.

Billing

Generally, Dream Realm Cards will charge your card or other applicable payment method for an item when an order is placed. In some cases, we may not charge your order until it ships and preauthorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When you pre-order with a debit card, we will debit your card when you place the pre-order. If you use Paypal as your payment method, your PayPal account will be charged as soon as you submit your order.

Certain factors may trigger an authorization challenge from your bank. If you pass the authorization challenge, your order will be processed as normal. All transactions on Dream Realm Cards are completed in U.S. dollars. (USD)

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Standard orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If order processing times are extended, we will place a pop-up notice on our site during checkout. While rare, in the case of an inventory error, the processing time may be extended. You will be notified via email as soon as we are aware of any delays.

Priority/Express orders placed on weekdays before 12PM Mountain Standard Time are usually shipped same-day. Express orders placed after 12PM MST will ship next business day. Express orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, major holidays or any day that the United States Postal Service is closed, will ship next business day.

Signature Confirmation & Insurance

Protect valuable shipments and get peace of mind with additional insurance, signature-required delivery, and other add-ons when you shop with Dream Realm Cards. Every order is carefully packaged to prevent damage from occurring to your items in transit. You can expect to receive communications from us once your order is placed via an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you can expect to receive an email containing your shipping information and tracking number.

For security purposes, all orders over $250.00 will ship with Signature Confirmation service and must be signed for upon delivery.

For additional protection, all orders over $250 will ship with insurance covering the full monetary value of the package. Dream Realm Cards agrees to cover the amount of this additional insurance cost out of pocket. Should any package shipped with Signature Confirmation & Insurance be lost in the mail, go missing, non-delivered, stolen, damaged or otherwise not received by the purchaser, Dream Realm Cards agrees to open a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Methods

1. First-Class Mail Stamped Letter - Majority of orders will arrive within 7-10 business days or sooner. Order ships via USPS Plain White Envelope - Standard rate of $0.99 - Best suited for orders of single cards, 6 or less, and/or low value orders that you feel comfortable being shipped without tracking. All singles orders will be shipped within either a toploader or "Shipping Shield" cardboard mailer to help prevent any damage from happening while in transit. Orders shipped with the "First-Class Mail Stamped Letter" shipping method and paid for via Paypal receive 100% Buyer Protection against lost, stolen or damaged orders. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method from First Class mail to Ground Advantage at no additional cost to you.
2. USPS Ground Advantage - Majority of orders will arrive within 5-7 business days or sooner. For smaller orders containing only Singles, you can expect the order to ship via a padded "Bubble Mailer" and include tracking. For larger orders of sealed product, accessories, apparel or other miscellaneous items, buyer can expect the order to ship in a protected cardboard box, with ample packaging material to protect the items. You can expect to receive a confirmation email from Dream Realm Cards once the order has shipped, containing the shipping information, tracking number and a link which can be followed to track the shipment. Orders shipped with the "USPS Ground Advantage" shipping method and paid for via Paypal receive 100% Buyer Protection against lost, stolen or damaged orders.
3. Priority Mail - Ships via USPS Priority Mail flat rate box (non-singles) or bubble mailer. (singles) You should expect to receive an order placed with Priority Mail within 1-3 business days from the order being dropped off with the shipping carrier. You can expect to receive a confirmation email from Dream Realm Cards once the order has shipped, containing the shipping information, tracking number and a link which can be followed to track the shipment. Orders shipped with the "Priority Mail" shipping method and paid for via Paypal receive 100% Buyer Protection against lost, stolen or damaged orders.
4. Priority Mail Express - Ships via USPS Priority Mail Express flat rate box (non-singles) or bubble mailer. (singles) You should expect to receive an order placed with Priority Mail Express within 1-2 business days from the order being dropped off with the shipping carrier. In some cases, you may receive your order as soon as next business day, especially if you're a local Arizona resident and choose this method. You can expect to receive a confirmation email from Dream Realm Cards once the order has shipped, containing the shipping information, tracking number and a link which can be followed to track the shipment. Orders shipped with the "Priority Mail Express" shipping method and paid for via Paypal receive 100% Buyer Protection against lost, stolen or damaged orders.
5. In-Store Pickup - This option is only available to Arizona residents. In order to place an order for In-Store Pickup, you must live and reside in the state of Arizona. Orders placed by persons living outside of the state of Arizona are ineligible for this shipping method and we'll be forced to cancel your order and issue a refund. If you're placing an order for the first time using the In-Store Pickup option, please reach out to our support team first via email to verify eligibilty and coordinate delivery. 

Please note that because they're handled differently by the United States Post Office, APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses may not have all shipping options available. Additionally, if shipping here, please select the United States as your country. Here are the state codes used:

Selling to Dream Realm Cards

Dream Realm Cards may choose to purchase items from sellers who complete a Buy List request.

Our Buy List Confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to purchase. Dream Realm Cards may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order at any time after checkout and for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-household, per-order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you provide to us. Dream Realm Cards reserves the right to refuse any order placed on the Site.

Upon the physical receipt of an order, all items on that order will be assessed to determine their condition, card grading is based on the published TCGplayer card conditioning standards guide. Dream Realm Cards exercises sole discretion over the final condition assigned to any item. Dream Realm Cards will then update the offered purchase price of each item on the invoice to reflect the condition.

Dream Realm Cards will not contact you with the grading results before completing your order. If you would prefer to be notified with your card grades before we finalize and pay out the order, please include a note on thecustomer comments of your Sell Order with this request and we will make a good faith attempt to email you with the grades and allow you an opportunity to request cards back however we are unable to guarantee this communication. Once an order is finalized the cards are incorporated into our live inventory and we are unable to reverse any part of the sale.

Dream Realm Cards is unable to pay for cards received but not listed on the invoice or cards not received by our Grading Department, even if they appear on the invoice. If a card is not included in your sell order shipment for any reason, we cannot offer payment.Sellers are responsible for the delivery of their items to Dream Realm Cards fulfillment location. Dream Realm Cards is not responsible for items that are not delivered and not liable for any loss or damages due to late or non-delivery of your items.

Returns, Refunds, and Title

All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Packages shipped from Dream Realm Cards to locations outside the United States may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Please contact your country's proper agency to find out what taxes and duties will be applicable to your order.

Limitations of Liability

Dream Realm Cards and all information, content, materials, products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise specified in writing. Dream Realm Cards makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the performance or operation of Dream Realm Cards services or the information, content, materials or products made available to you by using the site. You expressly agree that your use of Dream Realm Cards is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by relevant and applicable law, Dream Realm Cards disclaims all warranties. Specifically, Dream Realm Cards does not warrant that the servers or electronic communications are free of viruses or other harmful components. Furthermore, Dream Realm Cards will not be liable for any damages or loss caused by the use of Dream Realm Cards or from its information, content, materials or products.

Some state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all the above disclaimers, exclusions and limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights provided by the laws of your state.

Applicable Law and Governing Jurisdiction

By using Dream Realm Cards, you agree that applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that may arise between yourself and Dream Realm Cards.
